Estates

SKD Law assists individuals will estate administration, commonly known as probate.

The administration of a loved one’s affairs after his or her death can be a complicated and daunting process. Many people who are named as estate trustees or executors in a Will have no training or experience in the role, and the array of duties can be overwhelming. They may also be unprepared for conflicts with heirs or other interested parties. Many people also do not know how to start managing the estate of a loved on who passed away without a Will.

Managing an estate and helping trustees requires tact and compassion as well as knowledge, skill and experience. Sukham works closely with our clients to guide them through their duties and responsibilities as an estate administrator/executor.
