Sukhmanpreet, who goes by Sukham, is an experienced lawyer living in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. She represents clients throughout the territory with a practice focused on child protection law, family law, and wills and estates.

Sukham received her Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of Ottawa. She also has an Honours Bachelors Degree in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Toronto – St. George campus.

Sukham completed her articles at a full-service law firm in Ontario. After being called to the Ontario bar, she practiced in various areas including real estate law, wills and estates, family law, and corporate law.

Since moving to Yellowknife and before opening up her own practice, Sukham worked with the Legal Aid Commission and Inuvialuit Regional Corporation.
